This is a 2018 Caterham Seven built for the Caterham Academy Championship, the one-make series that has long been a popular route into Caterham ownership and racing. It has since been taken beyond standard Academy specification with the 310 upgrade, which adds performance to the 1,598cc engine.

The upgrade was carried out at Caterham Silverstone in 2025 and comprised a Caterham camshaft kit, race air filter, race spark plugs and an ECU reflash. The timing belt was replaced at the same time, and the gearbox and differential oils were renewed. A full set of Toyo R888R tyres was also fitted during the visit.
