Caterham Seven 420R

The Seven 420R sits in the middle of Caterham's range, pairing the naturally aspirated 2.0-litre Ford Duratec with a five-speed manual gearbox and rear-wheel drive. With 210 bhp and a quoted weight from 560kg, the page gives a 0-60mph time of 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 136mph. It also has a dry sump, a De Dion rear axle and a tubular steel spaceframe chassis.

This is a new factory-built car still in production, with delivery expected in February 2027. It is finished in Sunset Riot with Black Triple Stripes and a painted '7' grille. The R Pack, a lowered floor, 13-inch black Apollo alloys and heated carbon fibre seats are all fitted.

Other equipment includes a 620-style dashboard, a Momo quick-release steering wheel, carbon front cycle wings, LED daytime running lights, a track day roll bar and a battery master cut-off switch. Full weather equipment is included. No mileage is stated as the car has not yet been delivered.
