The Z8 was BMW's modern take on the 1950s 507, built around an aluminium spaceframe and body. Under the long bonnet is the 4.9-litre naturally aspirated V8 from the E39 M5, driving the rear wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox. It is one of the more collectable BMWs of its era and was built in small numbers.
This 2001 car has covered 30,100 miles, which is low for a 25-year-old example, and has had three previous owners. It is finished in silver over black leather, and comes with the painted hardtop and its roof stand alongside the power-operated soft-top.
The page lists 18-inch alloy wheels, heated seats, xenon headlights and a Motorola flip phone. The audio head unit is an aftermarket Pioneer, though the original unit is still present with the car.
