BMW M5 Competition

This G90 M5 is the car AUTOID, the BMW styling and performance specialist, built as its own development and showcase project. It was bought new, kept by the company throughout and documented in a YouTube build series. The page puts the original price at about £162,000, with roughly £46,000 of that going on modifications.

The changes are substantial. A TDi plug-in module takes output to a claimed 860PS and 1,242Nm, backed by a Milltek valved exhaust and an Eventuri carbon intake. HRE 21-inch forged monoblock wheels, a lowering spring kit and a carbon aero package from TREVORA with a carbon bonnet complete the look. The original Marina Bay Blue paint sits under Midnight Purple colour-change protection film, a nod to the R34 GT-R finish, and can be removed.

On the history side, it has 9,150 miles and BMW main dealer service entries for the pre-delivery inspection and running-in service. BMW warranty runs to November 2027. The dealer reports verified original paintwork and a recent BMW health check. A dyno run has been completed, and the dealer's own inspection was still to be finished at the time of listing. A deposit has been taken.
