£45,500 above the median asking price
Compared with 3 other Bentley Continental R Mulliner for sale on Vertar (2000 to 2003). Median £67,000.
The Continental R Mulliner was the most potent version of Bentley's big 1990s coupe, with the wide-body shape and a turbocharged V8 rated here at 420 bhp and 650 lb ft. This 1999 car was first supplied through Jack Barclay and registered T332 GXP.
It is finished in Silver Tempest with Fireglow hide, twin-stitched seats and drilled brake and accelerator pedals. The radiator shell is now painted to match, but the original chrome remains under a removable spray wrap. It has covered about 26,600 miles, and spent its first 15 years in Barcelona, so the dealer reports no corrosion.
Four owners are recorded, with ten services logged, the latest by the selling dealer in April 2025. A 2016 specialist overhaul cost nearly £9,800. The dealer has since reset the suspension heights and geometry, fitted new tyres, changed the axle oil and added stone-chip film to the rear arches.
