Bentley Continental R Le Mans Series

The Le Mans Series was a limited run of the Continental R Mulliner, built to mark Bentley's return to Le Mans after 71 years. Around 46 of a planned 50 were made, and this is one of only 12 right-hand-drive cars built for the world market. It is finished in Black Oriole, one of three colours offered alongside Silver Storm and Le Mans Racing Green.

The specification includes quad exhaust pipes, front wing vents, wider arches and sports bumpers, red brake calipers and five-spoke sport wheels with spacers for a wider stance. Inside are green-faced Le Mans Series instruments, two-tone perforated hide with embroidered winged B headrests, a drilled pedal set and a chrome and leather gear lever. Power is 420 bhp with 875 Nm of torque.

The car was supplied new by Jack Barclay in London and has had one owner from new. It shows 59,248 miles. The dealer completed a major refresh in late 2023: a hydraulic service, new brake calipers, discs and pads, a suspension rebuild with new bushes, four-wheel alignment and a bare-metal repaint. It was runner-up at the Bentley Drivers Club Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court in September 2023. It is ULEZ compliant.
