This is a 1934 Bentley 3½ Litre with Park Ward sports saloon coachwork, chassis B26BN. It is a pre-war car from the early Rolls-Royce era of Bentley, and it is fitted with a high-ratio rear axle, which suits long-distance touring. The dealer presents it as sound and usable rather than concours. The deep red paint is showing its age, but the coachwork structure is solid and the doors close and fit well.
The interior has grey leather seats, fresh grey carpets and a headlining in good order. The car carries a "backward leaning" flying B mascot and a set of auxiliary lamps and horns.
Documented spending of about £135,000 over the last fifty years includes overhauls of the engine, rear axle and radiator, all backed by invoices. The history file also holds correspondence, old MoT certificates, a 1960s green logbook and the original handbook. Early owners include the Wightman family of Louth, Lincolnshire, and the steel executive Charles Batten.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Bentley Motors (Derby) chassis spec; the factory published no power figure, the bodies were coachbuilt by Park Ward so there's no factory kerb weight, and Bentley issued no performance figures).
£39,500 since it was listed on 6 November 2026. No changes yet.
