The V8 Vantage Zagato was Aston Martin's 1980s answer to the DB4 GT Zagato: a shortened, lighter V8 with hand-formed aluminium bodywork by Zagato in Milan and a bonnet bulge to clear its carburettors. Only a few dozen coupés were built, and this one is a left-hand-drive car with the Chrysler TorqueFlite automatic, a combination the page says was fitted to just eight cars.
Chassis 20031 was built for Zubair Motors in Oman, originally in Gladiator Red with tan trim. It was damaged in a front-end accident in 1988 and was later shipped back to Aston Martin, where it was repaired between 1996 and the end of that year. The owner at the time chose to repaint it British Racing Green. The car was registered in Holland and passed to its current owner in May 1997 with 7,800 km recorded.
It has stayed with that owner since, used for European tours and holidays. The odometer now shows 52,400 miles, and the page lists two previous keepers. The price is on application.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Aston Martin's own claims at the 1986 Geneva launch (432 bhp, 186 mph, 0-60 in 4.8 s, 50-car run, though 52 coupés were built). No reliable factory kerb weight, so weight is null.).
