This 1969 DBS Vantage is a Series 1 car, the last Aston Martin of the David Brown era to use the straight-six rather than the V8 that followed. It has the Vantage-specification engine with triple Weber carburettors, rated at 325 bhp, and a ZF five-speed manual gearbox. The dealer says only 137 Series 1 cars were built with a manual gearbox, and that it estimates around 20 DBS left the factory in this Celeste Blue.
The car is in its original colour, Celeste Blue Metallic, with Dark Blue Connolly leather, dark blue carpets and a wood-rim steering wheel. It has recently had a chassis and bodywork restoration and a bare-metal respray at the dealer's own bodyshop.
It has covered 71,142 miles and comes with a service history file that includes MOT certificates and invoices. The sale includes a 12-month MOT and a six-month warranty. It is right-hand drive.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Aston Martin factory specification for the 4.0-litre Marek straight-six in Vantage tune (claimed 325 bhp, gross). Weight and performance figures left blank because the commonly quoted ones come from period road tests, not the manufacturer.).
£179,950 since it was listed on 6 November 2026. No changes yet.
