This late Mk2 DB6 left the factory as an automatic with fuel injection. In the mid 1980s it was converted to triple Weber carburettors and a manual gearbox, a combination that makes it unusual among surviving cars.
Both changes are recorded on the Aston Martin Heritage certificate, which also notes the engine number was changed to a 'VC' suffix. Together with the Vantage badging, that points to Vantage specification, and the dealer suggests the work was carried out by the factory or an official agent.
The car is described as clean and tidy overall, but the underside needs attention before it is used on the road. Chassis number is DB6MK2/4257/R and the registration is WOF 500J. No mileage is stated.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Aston Martin's period-claimed figures for the standard (non-Vantage) 4.0-litre triple-SU engine, 282 bhp gross. I couldn't confirm the factory weight, top speed and acceleration figures, so they are left null.).
£195,000 since it was listed on 6 November 2026. No changes yet.
