This 1969 DB6 comes from the last batch built before the Mark II arrived. It is a Borg-Warner automatic car, supplied new through HR Owen in London in Silver Birch with black trim. The original order was generous: air conditioning, power steering, chrome wire wheels, a limited-slip differential, a power aerial and a heated rear screen. A Tudor/Webasto sunroof was fitted in period.
The same owner has had it since 2006 and has put it through a staged refurbishment by a known Aston Martin specialist. The work includes new inner and outer sills, a new front end and wings, and a bare-metal repaint in Caribbean Blue. The engine block was welded and the engine rebuilt to standard 4.0-litre specification in 2013, and the gearbox was overhauled. The suspension and brakes are all new, along with the tyres, and the chrome was redone.
It shows 17,312 miles and has had four keepers. The dealer lists it with no VAT.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Aston Martin factory-claimed 282 bhp (gross) for the standard 4.0-litre Marek straight-six; weight, top speed and 0-60 are left null because I couldn't confirm the factory figures and 1969 spans the Mk1/Mk2 changeover.).
£245,000 since it was listed on 6 November 2026. No changes yet.
