This 1967 Aston Martin DB6 is offered as a restoration project, not a finished car. It has been off the road for more than 15 years, and the difficult aluminium panel work has already been completed. It comes with all its components, including the original engine.
It is a right-hand-drive, home-market car, first despatched in December 1967 to HR Owen and sold to a Birmingham buyer, originally registered JON 107. It left the factory in Celeste Metallic Blue with a dark blue Connolly leather interior, a Borg Warner automatic gearbox, power steering, chrome wheels, a heated rear window and a powered aerial.
The next owner can choose the finish. The car can go back to concours-original Celeste Blue or be built to a personal specification, with options such as a fast-road engine, a manual five-speed gearbox, Borrani wire wheels, air conditioning and a bespoke trim. The work would be carried out by the selling dealer at its Bishops Stortford workshop. Price is on application.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Aston Martin factory-quoted engine and power figures (period); weight, top speed and 0-60 omitted because published period figures vary by source and are unconfirmed.).
