Aston Martin DB5

This DB5 has been through a full nut-and-bolt restoration, and it no longer looks as it did when new. It was delivered new to W B Crawford, the Aston Martin dealer in Ireland, in Sierra Blue over grey Connolly leather. Its original specification included chrome wheels, a Motorola radio, Dunlop tyres and triple SU carburettors.

The history file records a change of hands in 1979 and many receipts from the 1980s and 1990s, including hand-written invoices from Aston Service Dorset. The original engine was replaced early in the car's life. After years in storage, the car was bought in 2015 and restored over three years, at a cost the dealer puts at around £350,000.

The restoration changed the colour to Silver Birch with red leather. The engine was upgraded to 4.2-litre specification and power steering was fitted. The page doesn't give a mileage or registration.
