Alfa Romeo's Giulia 1600 Spider replaced the Giulietta in 1962 with the twin-cam four enlarged to 1,570cc and a standard five-speed gearbox, all wrapped in Pininfarina's compact open bodywork. This 1963 car is one of only 404 built in factory right-hand drive, which makes it scarce even among a well-loved family of Alfa Spiders.
It was sold new in 1964 through Chipstead Motors Limited of Holland Park, London, and is presented in its original colour. Among its past owners was the British privateer Peter Sutcliffe, who raced at Le Mans four times and drove machinery including the Ferrari 250 GTO and Ford GT40.
The dealer describes it as a used and enjoyed car rather than a concours restoration, ready to drive and open to further tidying by its next owner. The page gives no mileage, registration or owner count.
