Listed today at Vintage & Prestige, Northampton. Last checked today.
The Alfa Romeo 8C Monza is one of the defining Grand Prix and sports racing cars of the early 1930s, and examples with genuine period mechanicals are rarely offered. This 1933 car is described as a matching-numbers example, with the engine and chassis numbers original to one another.
It does not wear its original coachwork. The body is a newer Monza-style one, fitted to the original chassis, which was shortened some years ago by the recognised specialist Paul Grist. The dealer describes it as a well-known car with a patina of age that drives as well as it looks.
Chassis and registration details are listed as to be confirmed, and the car is shown as EEC registered. The price is on application, and full numbers and photographs are released only to qualified buyers.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Only the engine layout is well documented (2336cc supercharged straight-eight in the Jano 8C 2300). Period power, weight and performance figures vary by car and source, and none can be confirmed as an official factory figure, so they are left null.).
£3,500,000 since it was listed on 6 November 2026. No changes yet.
