The Mk3 is the last and most refined of the Tuscans, and the Targa is the rarest of them. The dealer says fewer than 20 Tuscan S Mk3 Targas exist. This one has the 4.0-litre S engine and the "wavy dashboard" interior. It was first registered in September 2006, and the dealer says it is ULEZ compliant.
