This is number 4 of the 100 Special Edition Griffith 500s TVR built to mark the end of Griffith production. The SE cars were built between 2000 and 2002, and each carries a numbered plaque in the glovebox, an SE badge on the boot and a signature under the boot carpet.
The SE is a hybrid inside, combining the Chimaera dashboard with Cerbera seats. Outside, it gets different rear lights and door mirrors, higher-powered headlights and clear indicator lenses. This car is finished in Starmist Blue with Magnolia leather and shows 35,000 miles.
Recent work includes four new tyres, new brake discs and pads all round, cylinder heads and gaskets, new fuel lines and a walnut dashboard. The dealer supplies it inspected and serviced with 12 months' warranty. A cherished plate is not included.
