The original Tesla Roadster, built on a Lotus-engineered chassis, is now widely seen as the first classic electric car. This Signature Sport 250 Edition is chassis 222 of 250 and one of only a handful of right-hand-drive cars supplied to the UK. The Sport's quicker tune brings a 0-60mph time of 3.7 seconds, along with adjustable suspension and AP Racing brake upgrades.
It was supplied new in 2010 through Tesla's Knightsbridge headquarters and has had a single keeper since. It is finished in Obsidian Black metallic with paint protection film from new, and the interior is black leather with red inserts on the seats and doors. Options include gloss black forged wheels with red calipers, a touchscreen with Bluetooth, rear parking sensors and a carbon fibre roll-hoop.
It shows 45,600 miles. The page describes a comprehensive service history from Roadster specialists, including a recent overhaul, and says battery life and range are both excellent.
