The Silver Dawn was Rolls-Royce's first postwar car built with a factory standard steel body, and this automatic example is offered as a 1953 car, with the dealer's data giving 1954 as the year. It shows 79,000 miles from new and comes from long-term ownership by a motor trade main dealer principal.
It wears its original Shell Grey over Masons Black paint. Inside are the original grey leather and walnut, including the rear picnic tables. It was fitted with a sliding sunroof from new, and the tools are still in the car.
Recent work was carried out by marque specialists P & A Wood at a cost of £9,000, with the bill on file. This included adjusting the gearbox, relining the brakes, rebuilding and setting up the servo, and a 5,000-mile service. The car is described as always garaged and solid underneath. The SMB3 registration is non-transferable.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Rolls-Royce engine specification (4,566cc F-head straight-six); Rolls-Royce never published power output ('adequate'), and no factory weight or performance figures can be confirmed, so these are null).
£59,000 since it was listed on 5 November 2026. No changes yet.
