This 1952 Silver Dawn is a "big bore, small boot" car, a 4½-litre model in the smaller-boot configuration, which the page describes as one of few built this way. It was made to export specification and delivered new to Kenya.
Its documented history is unusually well travelled. It moved to the Belgian Congo in 1958, was in North Carolina by 1978 and came back to the UK in 1983. The early years in kinder climates are credited with the car's structural preservation.
It is finished in sand over sable with twin red pinstripes along the waistline, and the cabin is trimmed in red leather with red carpets and over-rugs. The car comes with a selection of original tools, has been serviced, and has a new set of five radial tyres and tubes. It has also been newly MoT tested. Mileage is not stated.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Engine specs from Rolls-Royce (Crewe) records for the 4566cc F-head straight-six. Rolls-Royce gave power only as 'adequate', and no official weight, top speed or acceleration figures are confirmed, so those are null.).
£32,500 since it was listed on 6 November 2026. No changes yet.
