This 1934 Rolls-Royce 20/25 carries a Hooper sports saloon body, design number 5790, of which the page says only 29 were built. Hooper was coachbuilder to the Royal Family for over a century. Chassis GAE78 was delivered on 22 December 1934 to a London customer, with the bill paid by the Westminster Electric Supply Corporation at £1,410.
It is finished in navy blue with grey leather that was renewed some years ago. The walnut dashboard and door cappings are original. The car is described as being in good order with a light patina of use, rather than freshly restored. It has been with one RREC member for a long time. A central front spot lamp is fitted, and the tools are stored in a drawer under the rear seat.
Recent mechanical work includes an engine rebore, new valve guides and seals, and machined big ends. A spin-on oil filter and a Tim Payne overdrive have also been added, to make high-speed cruising more relaxed. The dealer says the history file shows plenty of recent work. No mileage is stated.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Rolls-Royce chassis specification (3,699 cc OHV straight-six, Derby-built). Rolls-Royce never published power, and coachbuilt Hooper bodies varied, so there are no official performance or weight figures.).
£52,000 since it was listed on 5 November 2026. No changes yet.
