Porsche 911 SC Flachbau

This 1981 911 SC has been turned into a one-off. It was converted to Flachbau (slantnose) form in Australia using original steel Porsche panels, then imported to the UK in 2016. The work was done by Porsche Special Wishes of Sydney, according to the dealer.

In 2023 it was rebuilt mechanically and inside. The original engine has been replaced by a 3.8-litre 964 flat-six, rebuilt by Ninemeister and said to make 325 bhp, with only about 1,000 miles covered since. The gearbox was overhauled with new synchros and a limited-slip differential. Other changes include an SSI exhaust, new wiring looms, RSR/Bilstein adjustable dampers, electric power steering and electric air conditioning.

911 RetroWorks stripped and repainted the body in Midnight Blue and retrimmed the cabin in leather with blue contrast piping. A Blaupunkt DAB radio and Audison sound system have been fitted. The car shows 69,000 miles, has one previous owner listed and comes with a history file and receipts covering the rebuild.
