The 911 Speedster was Porsche's nod to the 1950s 356 Speedster, with a lower, steeply raked windscreen and twin humped tonneau fairings. This one is a right-hand-drive car, one of only 139 built for the UK market, and it has the wide Turbo-look body.
It was supplied new in December 1989 through Charles Follett in London to a Porsche collector, who kept it for more than 34 years. It has covered just 8,500 miles. The 3.2-litre air-cooled flat-six makes 231 bhp and drives through the G50 five-speed gearbox, with a 40% locking differential. Other factory features include special-order seat leather, electrically adjusted sports seats, 16-inch Fuchs alloys with colour-coded centres and the spoiler delete option.
Service history is with Porsche main dealers in the UK and Spain. It has been freshly serviced and fitted with a new set of N-rated tyres. It has had three former keepers and comes with historic MOT certificates, the original handbook pack and the tool roll.
