This is a 911 built by Autofarm in 2021 as a homage to the 1973 2.8 RSR. It combines a late-1980s 911 structure and running gear with a 1990s engine, and it wears 1970s styling. The main bodywork is steel, with composite bumpers and a ducktail, as on the originals.
Power comes from a rebuilt 964 engine enlarged to 3.8 litres. It has Cup camshafts, a PMO intake, twin-spark ignition and equal-length manifolds. The exhaust has an electronically switchable silencer, so the car can run quietly on the road. A rebuilt G50 gearbox with a limited-slip differential sends the power to the rear wheels.
Underneath are Bilstein dampers, uprated torsion bars, new anti-roll bars and 930 Turbo four-pot Brembo calipers. The 15-inch Fuchs-style wheels are 9J and 10J. Inside are period-style Recaro buckets trimmed in leather and cord, a 380mm wheel, no rear seats, manual windows and Lexan side glass. The page says it has covered just over 1,500 miles since the build, maintained by Autofarm. The price is on application.
