Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera Targa

This 1984 911 3.2 Carrera Targa is an air-cooled, right-hand-drive car with unusual provenance. It was ordered new through Autohaus Cigolla in Germany by Jeff Jarratt, a recording engineer and producer who began at EMI Studios, now Abbey Road, in 1966. He collected it in person from the factory at Zuffenhausen and kept it for about 20 years. The white paint is paired with a Wine Red leather interior that was specified individually.

The car has covered 75,700 miles and has had four owners. A later owner bought it in 2005 at around 44,000 miles and noted adding only about 12,000 over the next five years.

The history file includes the original dealer and factory correspondence, German registration and customs papers, UK registration documents, service records and MOT certificates, plus Jarratt's signed account of his ownership.
