This is a purpose-built Japanese time attack Evo IX, developed by Garage G-Force and driven by Nobuteru "NOB" Taniguchi. It first appeared around 2014 and was refined over several years, improving from a 1'42 lap of Fuji Speedway to the 1'37s, and reaching 52.391 seconds around Tsukuba's TC2000 circuit.
The engine is a stroked 2.2-litre 4G63T with a billet block, Cosworth crank and rods, a BorgWarner EFR turbo and MoTeC management. The dealer quotes more than 800 horsepower at about 32 psi of boost. Power goes through a Hollinger six-speed sequential gearbox, triple-plate metal clutch and Cusco limited-slip differentials, with a Ralliart active centre differential.
The bodywork is a Voltex WTAC widebody kit with carbon doors, bonnet, boot and roof, and the car weighs about 1,300kg. It also has Öhlins suspension, Endless monoblock brakes, Volk TE37 wheels and a roll cage. The page notes that the car has a new engine that needs running in and tuning. It is sold without warranty and is listed as coming soon.
