Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI Tommi Makinen RS

The Tommi Makinen Edition was Mitsubishi's tribute to its four straight WRC drivers' titles from 1996 to 1999, and the RS is the stripped-back version of it. This car is described as one of roughly 190 built, with a faster-spooling titanium turbocharger, lowered suspension and quicker steering over the standard Evo VI.

It is a 2000 model year car, first registered on 1 March 2000 and imported to the UK in 2017. The current owner is the first UK keeper and the car shows 87,377 miles. The only listed modification is a Blitz Nur Spec cat-back exhaust, and the original exhaust is available. It sits on 17-inch WRC Tarmac Evo wheels, with the original wheels also included.

The RS interior is retained, with Black and Blue mesh cloth seats and a Momo leather steering wheel. The underside is said to be unpainted and not undersealed. It has been serviced annually by HBH Automotive, and a full service and timing belt change were recently done with genuine Mitsubishi parts. Mileage during the current ownership is supported by the MOT history.
