This 1967 Mini Cooper S started life as an Australian-market Morris-badged car, and a Heritage Certificate confirms it as an original Cooper S. It was imported from New Zealand in 2012 and has had three UK owners since.
It has been through a nut-and-bolt restoration, including an engine rebuild by Mini specialist Bill Richards. The engine is now a 1293cc fast-road unit with twin SU carburettors, said to make more than 100bhp, which is well beyond a standard Cooper S of the period. The car is finished in blue with a contrasting white roof and a blue and grey Cooper S interior.
The page says the car has covered less than 2,500 miles since the restoration was completed, though it gives no total odometer reading. A file of manuals, invoices, receipts and restoration records comes with it. The page marks the price as "Accepted", which suggests an offer has been agreed.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (BMC published engine data for the 1275 Cooper S (76 bhp gross). Weight, top speed and 0-60 left null because the period figures come from magazine road tests, not BMC.).
£34,000 since it was listed on 6 November 2026. No changes yet.
