The SLR Stirling Moss was the last act of the Mercedes-Benz and McLaren partnership: a roofless, windscreen-less carbon-fibre speedster inspired by Moss's 1955 Mille Miglia-winning 300 SLR. Only 75 were built, and they were offered solely to existing SLR owners.
This example has covered just 604 miles. It is finished in Crystal Antimony Grey Metallic with silver wheels and calipers, chrome side-exit exhaust tips and a carbon rear diffuser. Power comes from the hand-built, AMG-sourced supercharged 5.5-litre V8, producing 650 bhp and sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic.
Inside are carbon-backed racing seats in black leather with white contrast stitching, and a leather and Alcantara steering wheel. It is a left-hand-drive car with tonneau covers for both seats, a fire extinguisher and a car cover. Heritage leather driving helmets and Oakley goggles for driver and passenger are included. The price is VAT qualifying.
