The Mercedes-Benz 540K was the supercharged grand tourer of pre-war Stuttgart, and this advert covers two left-hand-drive 1938 examples held by the dealer, both said to have been freshly restored.
The first is a Cabriolet A, described as a late car fitted with the later five-speed gearbox. The second is a rarer coachbuilt two-seater by a German coachbuilder, which the page doesn't name.
No mileage, registration or chassis number is given. Both cars are in Germany and are viewed by appointment. The page quotes £2,800,000 for the Cabriolet A and €6,800,000 for the coachbuilt car, while the headline price is shown as POA.
