Mercedes-Benz 450SL

A 1980 R107 450SL with just 22,000 miles, finished in Inca Red over black MB Tex. It is an early-style car, with chrome exterior door handles and the older interior switchgear, paired with the 4.5-litre V8 and automatic gearbox. It comes with its matching hardtop and a black fabric hood, and has rear seats, cruise control, electric windows and 14-inch 15-hole alloy wheels.

The history file holds Mercedes service stamps from the car's early life and again from the mid-1990s. The current keeper, only the third, bought it in 1998 and used it sparingly. Recent MOT records show only a few hundred miles added over the years. The car was in long-term storage from 2019.

It was recommissioned in 2025 with a Type C service, a transmission service, new engine belts, suspension bushes, fuel hoses, brake components, exhaust and alternator. The dealer describes the paint, chrome and interior as being in excellent condition.
