2021 Lotus Exige V6 Sport 390 Final Edition
£68,000
About this car
Part of the final run of V6 Exiges before Lotus closed the book on its most hardcore mid-engined sports car, this 2021 Sport 390 Final Edition is one of the last supercharged analogue Lotuses that will ever be built. Finished in Fire Red and showing 10,450 miles, it pairs the familiar toyota-sourced 3.5-litre supercharged V6 with the Exige's signature bonded aluminium tub — a recipe that delivers a power-to-weight figure most modern supercars can't touch, with a manual gearbox and unassisted steering to match.
The Final Edition package brought meaningful upgrades over the standard Sport 390: a revised TFT instrument cluster, carbon interior trim, a lightweight lithium-ion battery as standard, and the final evolution of the chassis tune that made the V6 Exige a benchmark for driver involvement. At just over 1,100 kg, it retains the mechanical honesty that has defined the model since 2012, now wrapped in the last iteration Hethel ever produced.
With the Emira now carrying the torch in a softer, more GT-orientated direction, clean low-mileage Final Edition cars like this represent the end of a specific lineage — a supercharged, manual, sub-1,200 kg British sports car that will not be replaced.
