The Espada was Lamborghini's four-seat grand tourer, styled by Bertone and powered by the company's 3.9-litre V12. This one is a late Series III car, first registered in May 1973 according to the dealer, and fitted with power steering. It is finished in light blue over a black leather interior.
The history is substantial. The previous owner is said to have spent more than £120,000 over the last decade, including a full restoration documented with photographs and video. The engine was rebuilt by Lamborghini specialist Colin Clarke, and the car has covered about 660 miles since. The interior was retrimmed in black, including the mouse hair dash top.
Indicated mileage is 93,491. A service file with invoices is included, along with MOT records going back to 1983.
