The Jensen Interceptor pairs Italian-drawn bodywork with a big American V8, and the MkIII Convertible is the rarer way to have it. Only 514 were built worldwide, and the page says just 86 of those were delivered to the UK, which makes this a scarce home-market car.
This example has been developed rather than simply kept original. The page cites more than £45,000 of engineering work, including an electronic fuel injection conversion carried out in 2022, a bespoke exhaust with upgraded manifolds, and a reworked cooling system with an upgraded electric fan setup.
Other work covers the brakes (calipers, pads and handbrake components), a gearbox removal, reseal and supporting upgrades, electrical rework, and ignition and ECU changes. The car is described as matching numbers. Mileage and registration are not given on the page.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Only the engine details are confirmed: Chrysler 440 cu in (7.2 litre) V8, front-engined, RWD, built in West Bromwich. The 1974 factory figures for power, weight and performance couldn't be confirmed, so they are left null.).
