The Series 3 was the E-Type reworked as a long-legged grand tourer, with the V12 engine, power steering and, as here, an automatic gearbox. It trades the heavy steering and slow-shifting manual of the early cars for something far easier to live with, and it has more room for taller drivers.
This UK-supplied car is finished in light blue, which the dealer says is its original colour, with dark blue leather. It has covered 74,000 miles and has had eight owners. The car is matching numbers, verified by a Heritage certificate.
The history file documents continuous maintenance and reconditioning. Recent work includes a rear axle recondition, a gearbox overhaul, brakes, and a stainless steel manifold and exhaust. The dealer supplies it inspected and serviced, with a 12-month warranty.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Jaguar 1971 launch figures (272 bhp, gross rating, 5.3-litre V12). Weight, top speed and 0-60 left null because they differ between roadster and 2+2, and the widely quoted figures come from magazine road tests, not Jaguar.).
£54,950 since it was listed on 5 November 2026. No changes yet.
