Jaguar Double Six Series 3

This is a 1988 Series 3 Double Six, the V12 flagship of the XJ range in its final years before the XJ40 took over the top of the line. It is a right-hand-drive UK-registered car, finished in grey metallic over beige upholstery. It was ordered new to a high specification that included privacy curtains for the rear side windows and the rear screen.

The mileage is what sets it apart: 8,645 from new. The dealer sourced it in 2016 from a Japanese collection, with 6,981 miles showing, and supplied it to its current second owner in Lisbon. Since then it has added only about 1,500 miles, driven monthly on a short local loop to keep everything working. The seats have reportedly always been covered before use, and the original protective film is still on the sill plates.

The car is currently in Portugal, with viewings there by appointment. The dealer says it can arrange delivery elsewhere in Europe.
