This 1937 Ford V8 Woodie Estate was built in Canada and first registered in the UK in the year it was made. The wood-framed estate body on a steel structure was a coachbuilt-style approach that makes surviving cars of this age sought after, and it is powered by Ford's flathead V8 with a manual gearbox. It is left-hand drive.
The current owner restored it between 2006 and 2011, at a stated cost of about £75,000. Work included a bare-metal respray, restoration of the timber bodywork, and overhauls of the engine, gearbox and running gear. The brakes and electrical system were also renewed or rebuilt, the interior was retrimmed in new leather, and the brightwork was refurbished and the exterior fittings re-chromed.
It comes with an extensive history file, a current V5, a photographic record of the restoration and numerous invoices. Mileage and registration are not given on the page.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Ford period data; the 1937 wagon was offered with the 60 hp 2.2L V8-60 or the 85 hp 3.6L flathead V8, and no engine was specified, so power and displacement are left null. No verified factory weight or performance figures were found.).
