The Mk IV is the track-only final chapter of the modern Ford GT, built with Multimatic and limited to 67 cars. It takes its name from the 1967 Le Mans-winning GT40 Mk IV, and its long-tail bodywork and revised wheelbase are aimed at cooling, balance and downforce rather than road use.
Power comes from a new 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6 developed by Roush Yates Engines, with bespoke internals and larger turbochargers. Output is quoted at more than 800 horsepower. The gearbox is a six-speed dog-engagement racing unit with E-Shift actuation and a carbon clutch, and the suspension uses Adaptive Spool Valve dampers adjustable from the cockpit.
Construction is extensively carbon fibre, with slick tyres and carbon brakes. The page quotes 2,400 lb of downforce and over 3g of lateral acceleration. The car is offered with a track experience package including professional driver support and post-event maintenance. Price is on application.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Ford Performance/Multimatic 2022 announcement. Ford only quoted 'more than 800 hp' and a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6, so power, displacement and performance figures are left null. Built in Canada, with deliveries from 2023 rather than as a 2026 model year.).
