Ferrari Roma Spider

The Roma Spider is Ferrari's soft-top answer to the Roma, and this 2024 example is a one-owner car supplied new in Singapore. It shows 4,643 miles and is finished in Nero Purosangue, a classic-colour option, over Cuoio leather with a black fabric roof. The 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 produces 612 bhp and 561 ft-lb, driving the rear wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Ferrari quotes 0-62 mph in 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 199 mph.

The Spider is more than a Roma with the roof removed. It has a reworked rear structure, and its fabric roof is the first on a front-engined Ferrari since the 365 GTS/4 Daytona Spider. The roof opens or closes in 13.5 seconds at up to 37 mph, which makes top-down driving easy to use day to day.

The options are well chosen. They include Magneride dual-mode suspension, a carbon fibre steering wheel with LEDs, 20-inch diamond-polished forged wheels, yellow brake calipers, a passenger display, a surround-view camera system and active matrix LED headlights.
