This is a right-hand-drive 348 Challenge, the first of Ferrari's one-make Challenge cars. Built in March 1992, it was converted to factory Challenge specification by Maranello Concessionaires in 1993 and shown at that year's London Motor Show. It is finished in Rosso Corsa with a two-tone interior and the Maranello Concessionaires Cambridge Blue racing livery.
It was delivered to its first owner in May 1994 through Nigel Mansell Sportscars. That owner, Simon Toyne, raced it in the 1994 European Challenge series with support from Maranello Concessionaires. The car is described as matching numbers, chassis 93559.
The Challenge equipment is listed as original. It includes OMP carbon-Kevlar bucket seats, Sparco belts, a six-point roll cage, 18-inch Speedline wheels, an ATL fuel tank, a Challenge exhaust and kill switches. The suspension has been upgraded to Michelotto Le Mans specification. The car shows 11,292 miles and is described as being in excellent original condition. It is sold through brokerage and is said to be eligible for Ferrari Corse Clienti.
