Listed today at Bob Houghton, Cheltenham.
The 308 GT4 was Ferrari's Bertone-styled 2+2, and it remains the less fashionable sibling of the Pininfarina two-seaters. This 1979 car stands out for holding Ferrari Classiche authentication, which very few GT4s have, and for retaining its original Blue Sera paint with red leather and blue cloth seat inserts.
It was first delivered to John Lloyd, thought to be the tennis player, and has had three further owners. The current keeper bought it in 2007. The recorded mileage is 33,027, supported by a run of MOT certificates that includes the first, along with a documented speedometer change.
The book pack is complete, with the original service book stamped throughout, the tool kit and a fitted car cover. The front door trims still carry their protective plastic. After a period of long-term storage the car was serviced by the dealer last year, including a cambelt renewal, and has since been fitted with a new exhaust. The page lists it as sold.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Ferrari official historic model data for the European-spec 308 GT4: 255 CV (≈252 bhp) and 250 km/h. Ferrari published only a dry weight, so kerb weight is left null, and no 0-60 mph figure was published.).
