The 308 GT4 was Ferrari's first production V8 and its only mid-engined 2+2, styled by Bertone rather than Pininfarina. This 1979 example is finished in Deep Metallic Blue (Dino Blu Metallizzato) over a full dark blue hide interior, a combination shared by only a small proportion of the UK cars officially imported.
It was delivered new through Maranello Concessionaires and supplied to Ritchies of Glasgow, being first registered in January 1979. Factory options included air conditioning, metallic paint, wider wheels and a full leather interior. The car shows 67,500 miles, and the page records mileage readings at several changes of ownership, from around 62,000 in 2010 to 67,700 in 2021.
The history file includes the original factory service book, owner's handbook, past invoices and MOT certificates. A bare-metal repaint was carried out in 2016 and is documented with invoices and photographs. The dealer has just serviced the car, fitting new cam belts and camshaft oil seals and checking and adjusting the valve clearances.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Ferrari official historic model data for the European-spec 308 GT4: 255 CV (≈252 bhp) and 250 km/h. Ferrari published only a dry weight, so kerb weight is left null, and no 0-60 mph figure was published.).
