The Bentley T2 was the last of the Silver Shadow-based cars, introduced in 1977 with rack-and-pinion steering and improved suspension. This one is described as an early example, finished in Exeter Blue over dark blue leather, with a 6.75-litre V8 and a three-speed GM400 automatic gearbox.
It has covered about 96,000 miles. Options of note are an electric sunroof, which is uncommon on these cars, and front headrests. Air conditioning, electric windows, central locking and power steering were standard equipment.
The history file includes the original service book, instruction manual, factory build sheets, a folder of invoices and both tool kits. The original lambswool overrugs are still fitted. Recent work covers an air conditioning re-gas, a new alternator and belt, oils, filters and spark plugs. The dealer says a well-known figure in the motor trade was the previous owner.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Bentley/Rolls-Royce factory spec (6.75L L410 V8, built in Crewe); power officially 'adequate' so not published; performance and weight figures come only from road tests, so null).
