The Continental R was Bentley's big, fast grand tourer of the early 1990s: a two-door coupe with a turbocharged 6.75-litre V8 and the kind of cabin that Crewe did best. This 1992 example has a notable first owner, having been ordered new by Lonrho chief Tiny Rowland and registered to him at his Chester Square address in London.
It is shown with 42,000 miles from new. The dealer supplied it to the current owner some years ago, and it has covered few miles since, sharing a garage with other exotica including a Continental T. The paintwork is metallic silver, described as unmarked, and the interior is black leather with figured burr walnut.
A large history file accompanies the car, and the dealer says the most recent bills will be added once photographed. It is offered at £48,000 and viewed by appointment near Alderley Edge, south of Manchester.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Only the engine layout is given (6.75-litre turbocharged V8, front-engined, rear-wheel drive, built in Crewe). Rolls-Royce/Bentley never published a power figure for this car, and I'm not sure enough of the factory weight and performance figures, so those are left blank.).
£48,000 since it was listed on 6 November 2026. No changes yet.
