This is a 105-series Alfa Romeo in early 'Scalino' (stepnose) form, built as an Italian-market 1300 GT Junior in 1969. It has since been rebuilt by an Alfa Romeo Spider specialist as a personal touring car, with a 2.0-litre 8V Twin Spark engine from an Alfa 75 in place of the original unit. The same swap is popular among high-end 105 builds. The gearbox is a later one, believed to come from an S3 Spider.
Changes from standard include GTA-style door handles, a bumper delete, a handling kit, custom door cards, a rear seat delete, a wood-rimmed steering wheel and a sportier pedal set. An OMP roll cage is fitted, with the front section currently out and able to be refitted. The car is finished in Alfa Rosso on 15-inch wheels.
The car was imported to the UK in 2022 and first registered here in March 2022 as LWT 568H. The odometer shows 81,003 km (50,332 miles). The dealer notes three small marks on the top of the dash, and says receipts for parts and work are available. The car is currently listed as reserved.
