Toyota GR Corolla GZEA14 VARIS Demo Car

This is a Japanese-market Toyota GR Corolla that began life as a Varis demo car and was shown at Autosalon 2025. It pairs the standard 1.6-litre turbocharged three-cylinder, six-speed manual and four-wheel drive with a heavily modified exterior.

The Varis Arising-I aero kit is the main feature. It includes a carbon front splitter, vented carbon bonnet, carbon side skirts and rear spats, and an adjustable three-piece FRP and carbon rear wing. The dealer says the body parts alone cost more than ¥1.3 million before labour. Other changes are a Varis x Armytrix valved exhaust, HKS Hyper Max R coilovers and 18-inch Volk Racing wheels, with red GR brake calipers.

It has covered 4,000 km. The interior is the standard half-leather sport seats and a 10.5-inch infotainment screen. Recaro RSG seats are available for £51,999 instead of the £48,999 asking price with the standard seats. A three-month warranty is included.
