The Macan GTS sits at the top of the combustion-engined Macan range, deploying the 2.9-litre twin-turbocharged V6 shared with the Panamera and Cayenne GTS — 434 bhp and 550 lb-ft of torque delivered through PDK and Porsche's AWD system. This is one of the last ICE Macans before the fully electric second generation arrived in showrooms, which lends the GTS a certain significance it might not have carried at launch. At 15,544 miles from a single owner on a 2023 plate, the car has barely been used.

The options list is purposeful. Adaptive sports seats in an 18-way electric configuration, heated front and rear seats, a panoramic roof, and the BOSE surround sound system cover comfort, while the Carmine Red rev counter dial and Exterior Package in Black High-Gloss signal that the original buyer was paying attention to the GTS's sporting character rather than just ticking boxes. Privacy Glass, a heated windscreen, and aluminium roof rails in black add practicality without diluting the sport spec.

Finished in grey — a colour that works well against the GTS's blacked-out exterior detailing — and completing 0-62 mph in 4.3 seconds with a 169 mph top speed, this is a genuinely capable all-conditions performance SUV. With the analogue Macan now discontinued in favour of the EV successor, a low-mileage GTS in this specification is an increasingly clean proposition for anyone who prefers a combustion drivetrain.
