Porsche 911 GT3

Fitted with the final and most revered iteration of Porsche's Mezger flat-six, this 997 GT3 is a Mk1 car from 2007, before the 997.2 moved to the Mezger's successor. The 3.6-litre engine produces 415 bhp and is paired with a six-speed manual gearbox, and it represents one of the last chances to buy a GT3 with the motorsport-derived dry-sump unit. This example has covered 37,126 miles from new.

It is finished in Arctic Silver with black half leather sports seats, a combination that keeps the GT3's purposeful character without drawing attention. The factory options are sensible rather than excessive: heated seats, the Extended Leather Pack, Bi-Xenon headlights and embossed crested headrests. Standard GT3 equipment includes PASM, a switchable sports exhaust, an Alcantara sports steering wheel and 19-inch GT3 wheels.
