2018 Porsche 911 GT2 RS Weissach Package

This 2018 911 GT2 RS is the Weissach Package car, the lightest and most focused version of Porsche's 700 PS turbocharged rear-drive flagship. The package swaps in carbon fibre for the bonnet, roof, mirrors and rear spoiler, adds magnesium wheels and a titanium roll cage, and cuts a significant amount of weight over the standard car. Here it is finished in GT Silver Metallic and has covered only 4,000 miles.

The specification leans heavily on the visual and functional extras that matter on a car like this. Inside, the 918 Spyder-style carbon fibre full bucket seats are trimmed in black and red extended leather and Alcantara, with a red Alcantara headlining and a carbon GT Sports steering wheel. Guards Red picks out the instrument dials, Chrono stopwatch, door pulls and stitching, set against yellow-calipered Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes. Schroth racing harnesses and a fire extinguisher are included.

Track-oriented hardware includes rear-axle steering, Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus, PASM, a front axle lift system, the Chrono Package with lap trigger and the Track Precision app, plus the 7-speed PDK with its Sport mode.
