The 993 was the last air-cooled 911, and the Carrera 4 pairs its 3.6-litre flat-six with all-wheel drive and a six-speed manual gearbox. This 1996 car has the Varioram induction system, which gave the engine extra mid-range pull. Power is quoted at 285 HP, with 0–62 mph in 5.3 seconds.
